Kindergrupper Kauderwelsch is a registered not-for-profit association. The purpose of the association is the development and care of children from the age of 6 months to school begin. The parents association is a government supported facility for daycare in the state of Bremen and receives state financial contributions from the Hanseatic State of Bremen. As a not-for-profit association we have our own articles of association (Satzung).
Parents are members of the association during the period of care of their child/children. Our association exists through the active involvement and commitment of our families and teaching staff. All parents are responsible for tasks contributing to the running of the daycare such as the organization of events, publicity, repairs etc. Here each person can contribute with their unique Talents. Our teaching staff are in close communication with the families and together we continue to constantly develop the life of the organization.
The parent and staff meetings are once a month in a comfortable evening atmosphere. Here all important themes and topics from the group(s) are discussed and all organizational projects covered, and for association rules, voted on.
Once a year the association holds its annual general meeting, in which all members gather to decide over key themes in democratic agreement. During the AGM the Board of the Association is elected, the level of childcare fees determines and the financial report of the association presented, etc.
If required there can also be other general meetings called to cover any current key decisions required to be made out of the annual event.
